Many investors are asking if the tech-heavy rally in the first half of 2023 makes sense.  As Brooke May tells Bloomberg, “A lot of the return for tech stocks is coming from multiple expansion, not earnings growth… We want to see broad-based earnings growth to really justify those lofty valuations.”
